At Ira Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your saree, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original invoice
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance sales
- Customised or embroidered sarees with personalisation
- Blouse pieces that have been stitched or altered
- Items that show signs of use, washing, or alteration
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@irawear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm return eligibility within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to our return address (provided in the confirmation email).
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or wrong items sent.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card/UPI/net banking). COD refunds are issued via bank transfer.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet dispatched.
- To cancel, email us immediately at hello@irawear.com with your order number.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted — please follow the return process instead.
