Ira Wear is an online retail store selling Indian sarees and textiles. These terms govern your use of our website and purchase of products.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST.
- We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
- Product images are for illustration. Actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
- We strive for accuracy in product descriptions; however, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
- We accept payment via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- For COD orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Shipping
- Domestic orders (India): dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery in 5–7 business days.
- International orders: delivery in 10–14 business days. Subject to customs duties in destination country.
- Free shipping on domestic orders above ₹2,000.
- Ira Wear is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs authorities.
5. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details. In summary:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags.
- Customised or sale items are non-returnable.
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after return receipt.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Ira Wear and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ira Wear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
